Underage Drinking Prevention Survey
As many of you know we have been working diligently to implement our contract with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Prevention Services and Programs targeting underage drinking prevention. The first part of the strategic process is to implement a community needs assessment. Below you will find a link to the online survey we need your help with! If you will please take a few minutes and complete the survey we would greatly appreciate it. We need surveys from residents of LaGrange, Greenville and Manchester. If you do not reside in one of these cities, but would be willing to help us in another way by forwarding the link to others you know who do reside in one of these communities, it would be very helpful.
Our goal is to reach at least 100 adults ages 26+ in each community as well as 100+ surveys completed by youth 9-17 and young adults 18-25.
You can access all three surveys with the link below. For the 26+ survey, please choose “AlcoholOlder” – Go To Survey. You will then be prompted to enter an Invitation Code which is 6100.
Thank you in advance for your continued help and support!
