MHS will offer grade level meetings and information workshops for parents of all students.  These meetings will be based on principles that provide a framework through which families, educators, community and interested stakeholders can work together to improve teaching and learning. These principles include:

• Accountability for results
• Local control and flexibility
• Expanded parental choice
• Effective and successful programs that reflect scientifically based research
